Locomotravel provides an integrated online travel portal offering five primary booking verticals across Nepal, Dubai, and international destinations:

• Hotels & Resorts: Boutique heritage stays, luxury 5-star hotels, and mountain lodges.
• Tour Packages: Guided cultural excursions, Himalayan treks, wildlife safaris, and international holiday packages.
• Local Activities: Day experiences, adventure sports, paragliding, heritage walks, and culinary classes.
• Vacation Rentals: Whole-home villas, serviced apartments, and curated homestays.
• Car Rentals: Airport pickups, intercity SUVs, tourist vans, and chauffeur-driven vehicles.

Prices on Locomotravel can be viewed in USD ($), EUR (€), GBP (£), INR (₹), and NPR (NRs). Displayed rates are calculated from base USD tariffs using standard platform exchange rates for your convenience. Any applicable local municipality taxes, national park entry fees, or optional add-ons are clearly itemized on the listing detail page prior to reservation confirmation.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms vary according to the specific hotel, tour package, or vehicle reserved:

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they hold a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond their travel dates, appropriate tourist visas (such as Nepal On-Arrival Visa or UAE/international visas), and comprehensive travel/medical insurance—including high-altitude evacuation coverage when participating in Himalayan treks above 3,000 meters.

Partners who join Locomotravel via the “Become Local Expert” program agree to provide accurate property photos, honest itinerary descriptions, valid tourism licenses, and prompt hospitality to all booked guests.

All content on Locomotravel—including text, curated itineraries, branding, photography, and software design—is owned by or licensed to Locomotravel. Automated scraping, unauthorized commercial redistribution, or speculative/false booking submissions are strictly prohibited.

While Locomotravel carefully vets every partner hotel, guide, and transport operator, we are not liable for delays, itinerary changes, or disruptions caused by force majeure events beyond reasonable control, such as mountain weather conditions, flight rescheduling, or natural events. In such instances, our Kathmandu support desk works proactively to re-accommodate or reschedule affected travelers.
